First Quarter 2026 Financial Results
Cash Position: Cash, cash equivalents, and short-term investments were $70.1 million as of March 31, 2026. This includes cash and cash equivalents of $5.7 million and short-term investments of $64.4 million. Collaboration Revenue: Collaboration revenue recognized under our agreement with AstraZeneca was $0.4 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to $0.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025. R&D Expenses: Research and development (R&D) expenses were $9.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to $20.8 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025. The decrease is largely due to the zerlasiran Phase 3 readiness being completed in 2025. G&A Expenses: General and administrative (G&A) expenses were $7.0 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to $7.7 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025. Net Loss: Net loss was $15.0 million, or $0.11 basic and diluted net loss per share for the three months ended March 31, 2026, compared to a net loss of $28.5 million, or $0.20 basic and diluted net loss per share for the three months ended March 31, 2025. Total outstanding shares were 141,703,840 ordinary shares (including shares in the form of American Depositary Shares) as of March 31, 2026.
